Team Manitoba — Canada Winter Games 2027 (Ringette)
Once every four years, age-eligible athletes get the chance to put on the Team Manitoba jersey and line up with top teammates and coaches against the best in the country. The Canada Winter Games are AAA U20 ringette—high-calibre competition, and an amazing opportunity and experience. For many, this is the moment they’ve been building toward for years, watching others before them, waiting for their shot . It’s now your chance to test yourself on a national stage, see where you stand, and take the next step in your game!
The tryout experience alone is worth it—high-quality on-ice sessions, honest evaluation, and mental skills work that raises your level whether or not you’re ultimately selected. Families get a great experience too: a connected team environment, clear development goals, and memorable events throughout the whole experience. Key details: The Games run in Quebec City (late Feb-early Mar 2027). The program spans two years (Year 1 selection; Year 2 team training and competition). Eligibility: 2007-2010 birth years (with 2011 invited to participate for experience). The first ID Camp is Sept 27-28 at Seven Oaks Arena. Full details are available through Ringette Manitoba, but we wanted to reach out to our BVRA athletes, to ensure they were aware of this opportunity and encourage those eligible, to take the next step!
