2026/2027 Registration and Fees

Important Registration Dates
Registration Opens: June 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
A Tryout Registration Deadline: July 19, 2026, at 10:00 p.m.
General Registration Deadline: August 16, 2026, at 10:00 p.m.
Please note: No late registrations will be accepted for A-level tryouts.
Registration Fees
Registration fees cover:
·Ringette Manitoba fees
·Winnipeg Ringette League fees
·Regular season games
·Referees and minor officials
Registration fees do not include team expenses such as tournaments, additional practice ice, dryland
training, or other team activities.

New Player Discount
New players will receive 50% off registration fees for the 2026-27 season. This discount applies to
Community Club Fees
Community club fees are added to your registration total and are determined by your home community
club.

A-Level Tryouts
A tryout fee of $160 applies to players wishing to try out for:
·U12A
·U14A
·U16A
·U19A
Tryout registration is separate from season registration.

·Players must be willing to play at the A level if attending tryouts.
·Withdrawing after tryouts can significantly impact team formation and a withdraw fee is applied.
·Age advancement requests must follow BVRA policy as outlined on our website.
·No refunds will be provided for A tryout fees.

No late registrations will be accepted.
R4U Program
The R4U program is available for players born in 2018 or later and is administered by Ringette Manitoba.

Age Advancement to U10
Players born in 2019 who are interested in playing U10 no longer require an on-ice assessment. Parents
may choose to age-advance their child to U10 at their discretion.
Open Division
Information regarding Open teams will be distributed directly to returning Open team contacts.
New Open teams interested in joining BVRA should contact:
AA Program
AA tryouts were completed in the spring.
Registration information for AA players for the 2026-27 season will be communicated once finalized.
Jerseys
All new players at U10 and above are required to purchase:
·One home jersey
·One away jersey
Cost: $140 total ($70 per jersey)
These jerseys can be used in future seasons.
Jersey fitting sessions will be held in August. Additional information will be shared closer to those dates.
Jersey numbers for U10-U19 players will be assigned based on registration order and will remain with
the player throughout their BVRA career.
Late Registration
A late fee of $50 will be applied to registrations received after August 16.
Late registrations will only be accepted if roster space remains available.
Refund Policy
Registrations will be accepted until December 1, in accordance with Ringette Manitoba roster deadlines,
provided space is available.
Please note:
·No refunds will be issued after teams, pods, or squads have been formed.
·No refunds will be issued after A teams have been formed.
·Players registering after teams are formed will not be eligible for placement on an A team except
in exceptional circumstances, as determined by BVRA.
Financial Assistance
Families requiring financial assistance should select the Subsidy Registration Option during
registration.

Coaching Applications
Applications for the 2026-27 BVRA coaching season will open on June 12 @ 10 am and will remain
open until August 16.
We welcome applications for:

·Assistant Coach
·Apprentice/Junior Coach
A-Level Coaching Applications
Individuals interested in coaching at the A level must apply by:
July 19 at 10:00 p.m.
A-level coaching interviews will take place in mid-August.
