Ringette is an ice sport that was invented in Canada. It involves a lot of passing, shooting, and fast skating. The goal of ringette is to use a stick to shoot a ring into the other team's net.

Players of all skating levels are encouraged to join the sport of ringette, especially at the R4U levels. These development levels are designed to teach young children skating instruction as well as learning the game of ringette. Players can join at any level and usually become great skaters by mid season!!

How long is the ringette season?
Generally A level tryouts for U12-U19 take place at the end of August to beginning of September. The season begins in October running until the end of March.
